Can I register before sending payment?
Payment MUST accompany the registration form. Registrants are not officially registered until payment is received.
How can I obtain a registration receipt?
Send an email to profservices@sopriswest.com. Provide the following information in the email.

Name of Institute: Phone Number:
Can I receive the multi registration rate if registrations are sent at different times with separate payment?
To receive the multi registration rate, the four or more registrants MUST be submitted together on the same Purchase Order.
Who is considered an Alumni?
You may register at the Alumni rate (fax or mailed registration forms only) if you previously attended a Sopris West Summer Institute, Conference or Academy. This does not include attending a Sopris West product training.
What does the Institute registration fee cover?
Visit the Institute link of your choice and select the Registration link for details.
Does the registration fee include hotel accommodations?
Lodging is the responsibility of the individual participant. Visit the Institute link of your choice and select the Location/Lodging link.
What is the focus of the Institute?
Visit the Institute link of your choice and review the Event Home link.
How many college credits and/or professional development credits can I earn?
Visit the Institute link of your choice and select the “Earn Credit” link. Credits vary per Institute.
Can I bring a guest to the Institute meals?
Meals listed are for participants only. Guests must make other meal arrangements.
Is it necessary to purchase the Material Kit? Will it be used during the Institute sessions?
The Material Kit includes supplementary products to be used in the classroom or administrative setting. As a special offer, the Material Kit is available for purchase by Institute registrants during the pre-registration process at a 25% discount. The contents of the Material Kit are not required during the Institute sessions, although they will be referred to during appropriate sessions. The Material Kit will not be available for purchase on site.
